BARBARA BOLOGNA DRESS

Barbara Bologna one-size, 'Tube Dress' in printed velvet fabric. Sleeveless. Round neck with double layered trim, slightly gathered with stitch detail, the armholes are the same. The dress is of a style that Barbara has made her own, 2 rectangles of fabric joined with neck and armholes. the printed velvet is a work of art, the front and abstract design with many elements dominated by a Japanese style lantern. The rear is black velvet with flowers and foliage designs, really lovely. The dress is wide to allow for a wonderful drape, with the hem a simple turn and stitch and will fit many sizes. A notable and stunning design.
