Pal Offner black, stretch jersey, very low, drop crotch, trousers with skirt. 2 elasticated waists (pull-on style). Narrow legs. This amazing garment when worn as a trouser, has a skirt panel at the front, however it can also be worn as a skirt with the feature of the legs trailing at the rear, very, very cool. This is a wonderful garment, highly recommended. The stretch fabric waist makes it suitable for many sizes.
