Pull-around (either way), double breasted style, with no buttons, the belt is used to close the jacket. Raised neck, or worn with collars down. fabric belt with metal buckle and belt loops with metal hoops with screw fastenings (can be removed). 2 side entry pockets in the side seams. Padded sleeves with stretch fabric, ribbed inset panels on the underside. A heavy duty, Winter weight jacket with beautiful ruffle flourishes.
