Pal Offner low-drop crotch 'Skirt Trouser' in black stretch fabric. waistband with belt loops and fabric tie belt. 'V' notch at rear of waistband. Single button waist fastening, with zip fly. 2 angled pockets with decorative flaps and 2 button fastenings, with raw edged cotton trim. 2 patch pockets at the rear, the left rear pocket has a working flap with 2 button fastening and raw edged cotton trim, the right rear pocket is plain with finished trim. There are 2 layers to this garment and the right-side has a shaped over skirt which extends fully around the rear, the rear pockets are attached to this over skirt. Finished hems.
