Single button fastening at cuffs, with gathered pleats. Slightly curved, finished hems and slightly longer at the rear. Vented at each side at the hem. Willi Donnell Smith was an American fashion designer. At the time of his death in 1987, Smith was regarded as one of the most successful African-American designers in the fashion industry. His garments were under the label Willi Wear. This garment is from the early 1980s, it has not been worn. The size is Small.
