David's Road Stunning cotton mini dress with exaggerated sleeves and substantial gathering. The garment is double layered making it very substantial. The neck is round, highly gathered and elasticated. The garment turns back up into itself at the hem, creating a very full garment. 2 heavy fabric belts at the waist, with chromed metal buckles. The sleeves extend from the shoulders fully gathered and are single layer fabric, with long and very large double layered cuffs. Each cuff has 2 heavy fabric belts with chromed metal buckles. This mini dress (it could be used as a stunning top) is incredibly full and when pulled in at the waist with the belts creates a spectacular garment. Unique and remarkable.
