YOHJI YAMAMOTO KNITWEAR

Yohji Yamamoto heavy wool, knitted, roll neck, sleeveless pullover in a stunning wine colour. Circa 1998 Autumn/Winter collection. High, soft, roll collar, with turned trim and raw edged seam details at front and rear. The raw edged seam detail extends down to the waistband at front and rear. The rear, central seam has reinforcing tape inside on both sides of the seam. The arm holes are turned and stitched and capped with a heavy cable style knit cap on both sides. The caps are in a heavier weight wool and have cable style detail with a ribbed hem. 2 side entry pockets with deep trim, the inside of the pockets are in cotton. The hem is double layered. This fabulous garment was made in Japan and is a size 3 (Medium). The garment number is: YJ-T93-978. All inner labels complete, no external labels. This is a wonderful piece of Yamamoto knitwear and preempts a style that eventually other designers adopted.
